“Turkey's Best Employer” Award to Otokar

Otokar, Turkey's leading automotive and defense industry company, was deemed worthy of the "Turkey's Best Employer" award within the scope of the "Kincentric Best Employers 2019" research conducted by Kincentric, the world's leading human resources and management consultancy company.

Otokar was one of the three automotive companies in the "Turkey's Best Employers" list, which includes 32 companies from different sectors, and was the only defense industry company on the list.

Otokar, a Koç Group company, was deemed worthy of the "Turkey's Best Employer" award given within the scope of the "Kincentric Best Employers 2019" research conducted for the 13th time this year by Kincentric, one of the world's leading companies in the field of human resources and management consultancy. In the list created in the light of the evaluations made by the employees of the companies, 32 companies that provide the best workplace experience and working environment to their employees were entitled to become "Turkey's Best Employer".

In the research, companies were evaluated in three categories: "Engaging Leaders", "Agility", and "Talent Focus". While Otokar was one of the three automotive companies included in the "Turkey's Best Employers" list, it was the only company in the defense industry sector to be included in the list.
