Otokar changes the dynamics in trade with Atlas

Otokar, one of Turkey's leading automotive companies, hosted the recommended superstructure manufacturers for the Atlas truck, which offers an innovative approach to freight transportation, in Sakarya. Owners and managers of companies producing superstructures attended the meeting where Otokar's expanding truck product range, campaigns, after-sales services and future projects were shared.

Otokar, one of the Koç Group companies, continues its business partner meetings across Turkey. Otokar, which has been easing the burden of trade for 10 years with Atlas, hosted Turkey's leading recommended superstructure manufacturers in Sakarya. 64 officials from 32 superstructure manufacturers from across Turkey attended the meeting hosted by Commercial Vehicles Domestic Marketing and Sales Director Murat Tokatlı and Truck Sales Manager Emre Sarp.

Detailed information about Atlas' expanding product family was shared with superstructure manufacturers, who had the opportunity to examine the innovative production activities on site at Otokar's factory built on an area of 552 thousand square meters in Sakarya, while future projects in the truck market were also conveyed. Participants had the opportunity to examine in detail the Atlas truck family, which has been the first choice of many institutions and companies with its resistance to difficult conditions, high power and performance features. At the meeting where collaborations to take place in the coming period were discussed, participants shared their technical demands and opinions regarding the vehicles with Otokar officials.

Commercial Vehicles Domestic Marketing and Sales Director Murat Tokatlı noted that Otokar is among the primary choices of the market with the 12-ton Atlas 3D, which it put on sale last year, after the 8.5-ton in the light truck segment, and said, "8-8, which has achieved significant success in the market since the day it was put on sale." After the 5-ton Atlas, we set out to further our success with the 12-ton Atlas 3D, which we added to our product range last year. Atlas aims to make a difference in the light truck segment with the superior advantages it offers thanks to its carrying capacity, economical fuel consumption, low spare parts and maintenance costs. We aim to further increase our truck sales in the coming period with Atlas, for which we have broken the warranty period to 4 years by breaking new ground in Turkey.
