Milk collected by integrated dairies was 806 thousand 721 tonnes

The amount of collected cow's milk in January increased by 8.9% when compared to the same month of the previous year.
In January, the average fat rate of cow's milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

In January, drinking milk production by integrated dairies increased by 8.7% and became 146 thousand 247 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year.

In January, yoghurt production by integrated dairies increased by 8.1% and became 91 thousand 983 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year

In January, drink made of yoghurt production increasing by 14%, butter production increasing by 5.7% and cheese production from cow's milk increasing by 0.4%. Whole milk powder production decreasing 2.5%, cream production decreasing 5.3%, mixed milk cheese (cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreasing by 10.8%  and skimmed milk powder production decreasing by 12.3% and when compared to the same month of the previous year.
