Milk collected by integrated dairies was 780 thousand 842 tonnes


The amount of collected cow's milk in December increased by 1.4% when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January - December period decreased by 4.7% when compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to the seasonally and calendar adjusted amount of collected cow's milk in December when compared to the previous month increased by 0.9%. According to the calendar adjusted amount of collected cow's milk in December when compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 1%.
 
In December, the average fat rate of cow's milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

In December, drinking milk production by integrated dairies increased by 0.4% and became 141 thousand 301 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January - December period, drinking milk production decreased by %7.3 and became 1 million 540 thousand 121 tonnes when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In December, yoghurt production by integrated dairies decreasing by 1% and became 88 thousand 479 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January - December period, decreased %1.5 and became 1 million 181 thousand 205 tonnes when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In December, drink made of yoghurt production increasing by 6.6% and cream production increasing 5.6%. Cheese production from cow's milk decreasing by 2.3%, butter production decreasing by 4.2%, whole milk powder production decreasing 5.2%, skimmed milk powder production decreasing by 15.1% and mixed milk cheese (cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreasing by 65.7% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

According to the January - December period of the previous year, cream production increasing by 21.7%, butter production increasing by 12.1%, skimmed milk powder production increasing 6.2%, drink made of yoghurt production decreasing by 1.4%, cheese production from cow's milk decreasing by 6%, whole milk powder production decreasing by 14.4%, mixed milk cheese (Cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreasing by 15.9%.
