Hasan Basri Akgül said goodbye to Otokar

Hasan Basri Akgül, who served as Deputy General Manager of Otokar Domestic Market Marketing and Sales for 25 years, retired and bid farewell to Otokar as of February 28, 2023.

Otokar Deputy General Manager Hasan Basri Akgül, who is among the most successful professional managers in the automotive industry and has been working in this field for 33 years, said goodbye to Otokar, where he worked for 28 years.

Hasan Basri Akgül completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1984 and his master's degree at Boğaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1988. He started his professional career in 1990 as Assistant Regional Sales Manager at Tofaş. He worked at Tofaş as Regional Sales Manager between 1990 and 1992, as Logistics Manager between 1993 and 1997, and as Sales Coordinator in 1998. He served as Otokar Deputy General Manager - Domestic Market Marketing and Sales since 1998.
